have better batch handling.

a) make it possible to add to the batch whilst processing is in progress
b) make it possible to convert all files of type X from folder 1 to type Y in folder 2, type A to type Z, in folder 3 etc, whenever, 'run batch 1' is selected or (at program startup/close).
